I am experiencing a problem with my lamp's battery, what can I do?

All of our rechargeable lamps are delivered with a USB-C charging cable. Please ensure that you are charging your lamp with the included USB-C charging cable as they are specifically design to maximize the battery performance of your lamp.


All of the necessary information about your lamp's battery can be found via the product page but if your problem persists and cannot be resolved then please contact us. In order for us to efficiently help you out we kindly ask that you describe your problem and if possible also include photos or short videos documenting the issue you are experiencing. We try to answer all questions within 24 hours.

I have received a broken or damaged lamp with my delivery, what can I do now?

If you have received a broken, damaged or malfunctioning lamp then we will of course do our best to help you out. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order and make sure to include a photo or short video documenting the issue so that we can confirm your situation.
